AR Accountant:
Preferably 2-3 years experience in bakery and confectionery and/or retail industry
Experienced in ERP, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics GP

Basic Job Description:

To follow up on daily branch sales, and enter daily sales transactions into the ERP sales module.
Handle any discrepancies by checking, monitoring, adjusting and finally reporting to the Finance Manager.
Follow up on other accounts receivable (customers) by entering transactions into the ERP sales unit, issuing invoices, and following up on collection.
- Analyze Balance Sheet (AR) by submitting reports.
Participate in the review of monthly sales forecasts, and report to the CFO.
- Participate in the preparation of the P&L report on revenue and other income.
- Prepare required general ledger adjustment transactions.
-Ready for any further analysis reports or work required by the Finance Manager.
- Able to transform work and colleagues to task covering.
