Egyptian Expat family business owner has recently relocated to Egypt. At the moment currently setting up a family office in Cairo to take over all family current and future businesses. CEO is currently looking for a Executive Assistant / Secretary to accompany and help run day to day operations for Family office.
A perfect candidate would have PA or Entry Position experience with Family office, Big 4 Consultancy, Banking / Finance Sector. Egyptian living in Egypt for the past 5-10 years with good contacts and knowledge of governmental sector, laws and regulations. Good ability to research and review Vendors.
The candidate should be at least A bachelors graduate with great command of English speaking and writing. Masters’ graduates will specifically in Finance / Accounting and BA will be given priority.
You are also required to declare your current and/or required salary.
The position is available by First week of September. First round of interviews will be scheduled Google Meet. Final Interviews will be conducted in person in New Cairo starting from Mid-August.
Responsibilities
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, board members, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage personal and business calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff, Overview family office governing and corporate structure.
• To act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Drive and accompany Board Members in Meetings.
• Run Corproate and personal Errands on behalf of Family Office requirements.
Requirements
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role for a multinational, consultancy (Big 4) or family office.
• Excellent MS Office / Online Research knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with local regulations and governmental offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English is primary).
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in BA, Finance, Accounting / Work Experience in family offices or consultancy house is preferred. Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Candidate must be working / living in Egypt for at least the past 5+ years.
• Driving License is a must.
